THE LEATHER

Top-grain leather from tanneries in Southern Brazil, finished with a recipe we've refined over three decades. Soft, thick, and substantial under your hand, with a finish that protects against everyday scuffing and keeps the color consistent. Our hides come from LWG Gold-certified tanneries, the industry's highest environmental standard.

THE WALLET

Handcrafted in our family workshop in the Serra Gaúcha mountains. The zip-around closure runs the full perimeter, keeping cards, cash, and coins secure when the wallet's in motion. Open it to card slots on both panels, a currency section in the middle, a dedicated coin pocket, and a detachable Mini Wallet for the days you only need a card or two. Both the main wallet and the Mini Wallet have RFID blocking built in, so cards stay protected whichever wallet you're carrying. The Safe Loop, a detachable leather strap, keeps the wallet connected to your belt on travel days; detach it via the metal swivel when you don't need it. OUR STORY

Our parents met in a shoe factory and founded Nordweg 35 years ago, in the Serra Gaúcha mountains of Southern Brazil. The region was settled by German immigrants who brought leatherworking with them in the 1820s. We still make every piece by hand, in the same workshop.

Covered by our 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails, send it back and we'll repair it at no cost. For wear-and-tear or accidental damage outside warranty, we'll quote the repair at cost.
