How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from our US warehouses, so you're getting fast, domestic delivery. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Exact shipping options and delivery estimates for your area will be shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $300.
What's your return policy?
30 days to decide, free return shipping in the US, and refunds within 3 business days of us receiving your package. Start your return from your account at nordweg.co/account in under a minute. Items should be in good condition with original packaging when possible. Items marked "Final Sale" or personalized pieces are not eligible unless defective.
What does the warranty cover?
Bags, backpacks, and weekenders come with a 2-year warranty. All other products are covered for 180 days. That covers stitching, hardware, zippers, and anything that shouldn't have gone wrong.
Where are your products made?
Every product is made in our family workshop in Picada Café, a small town of 5,000 people in the mountains of southern Brazil, settled by German immigrants in the 1840s. The leathercraft tradition came with them.
Our parents built the workshop 35 years ago, and we're the second generation running it. Same family, same hands. Our leather comes from LWG Gold-certified tanneries, and every piece is inspected by the same person before it ships.
