THE WALLET

A wedding in Lisbon. Two weeks in Tokyo. The flight home through São Paulo. The Nomad Passport Wallet is what you keep on your body when everything else goes in the overhead bin.

A passport sits inside the main opening, with room for a partner's when you travel together. Four card slots line the inner walls for ID, credit, transit, and a hotel key. A central zipped pocket holds folded bills, boarding passes, and small travel papers. The zip-around closure runs the full perimeter, so cards stay put when you hand the wallet to a customs agent.

Leather-lined throughout, no fabric or synthetic liner. 4.2 oz, 6.7 × 4.5 × 1 in. Fits a jacket pocket, a front pocket, or the top sleeve of a carry-on.

THE LEATHER

Top-grain leather from tanneries in Southern Brazil, finished with a recipe we've refined over three decades. Soft, thick, and substantial under your hand, with a finish that protects against everyday scuffing and keeps the color consistent. Our hides come from LWG Gold-certified tanneries, the industry's highest environmental standard.

OUR STORY

Our parents met in a shoe factory and founded Nordweg 35 years ago, in the Serra Gaúcha mountains of Southern Brazil. The region was settled by German immigrants who brought leatherworking with them in the 1820s. We still make every piece by hand, in the same family workshop.
